Abstract

Process of Surrogacy has come as a revolution in modern civilisation. The artificial process of child birth has brought in a new hope for few. It has changed the thought process of society towards new life. But it is matter of great debate that whether this change is bringing progress in human civilisation or taking us to a very complex future. This article is aimed at bring in to foray the complexity and problems related to Surrogacy. This article will also try to analyse the various social and legal problems that might occur in the future due to Surrogacy. This article also aims to highlight the laws and its short comings related to Surrogacy in India.
